[FreeBSD] Lenovo ThinkPad T400s(updated about Wi-Fi)

I use Lenovo ThinkPad T400s with FreeBSD-11/amd64.

- X server [ok]
- suspend/resume[ok](USB was not tested)
- sound[ok]
- 1000BASE [ok]
- wi-fi[ok 2014/Nov/7]

I can use below configuration. I can suspend/resume with X server.
(currently I did not use USB devices. I could not know whether I can use USB device after resume).

X server: XNEWORG server(xorg-server-1.12.4_9,1)
